Shipping Details

If we made a mistake - shipped the wrong item or did not represent the product correctly we will pay return shipping.

Otherwise Buyer pays for shipping on returns - 

Returns can be made within 7 days of delivery. Please let us know promptly, (within 3 days of receipt) if there is a problem. Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable. Please contact us to request an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning any items for refund or credit.  Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us, just to be safe.  The return must be received within 12 days of requesting the RMA number. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.
